Drawing Flex shape primitives, like Arc

Flex has a limited number of built-in primitives that one can draw. Flex doesn’t support, for example, drawing arcs natively. I found a good library that has a whole set of primitives that one can use.

How to use the primitives:

  1. Download the above Flex explorer’s source code
  2. Copy the “com/…” directory within the source’s zip file into your Flex project’s source directory
  3. In your Flex code, make sure to “import com.Primitives.DrawUtils”
